Here at Atlas Ward Structures we have an in-house design team consisting of 11 No. engineers who possess a wealth of experience within the structural steel environment particularly in the following types of contract :

Design & Build enquiries

At the enquiry stage of a project, our design team will work closely with our estimators and the Client, to produce various engineering solutions, which will generate the most optimum price and programme for the project.
All aspects of the structure will be explored, with a view to offering savings and benefits to the project as a whole.

Consultant Design enquiries

Our engineers will look at the design issued with the enquiry and where possible, work with the project engineer to offer various cost saving options through member substitution etc.
Connection design will be carried out as part of the service offered by Atlas Ward Structures Limited.

Clustering Approach

Atlas Ward's flexibility and willingness to participate in the 'clustering' approach can be demonstrated by the fact that 75% of our business is repeat business.
A large percentage of our work is Design and Build and so it is second nature for us to have early involvement in this type of work.
